| PUR-foam parts | |||
| We produce parts made of rigid, flexible and padding foam systems, also in compounds, processed at low temperatures. Our foams are polyether systems expanded with water and consist of two components, polyol and isocyanate. The two copmonents are mixed direct at the foaming unit in the mixing chamber and injected into the mould, in accordance with the product characterisitcs required. We can produce parts with a weight of between 15g and 350g per piece, with densities varying from 300 to 450 kg per m3. And of course – all foaming systems are completely free of CFCs! We have our own moulding department. That is why we can react quickly and flexibly to any wishes our customers might have. Most of our PUR products are sold to the shoe industry. It accounts for more than 90% of our turnover We produce wedges of all angles made of rigid foam. From a straight, flat wedge to high-heeled wedges with a shank. Among the main features of rigid foam are high carrying capacity and stability at a very low weight. Flexible foam is used to produce whole soles, foot bed inlays, plateau soles and semi-plateau soles. Not only are they very light, they also regain their form easily when they are deformed. We use padding foam for othopaedic apllications such as foot bed inlays,
with especially padded reflex zohes of the feet. |
