Heels and soles

Ever since the 1930s we have been offering heels, besides lasts. Of course, production methods have changed fundamentally since then. At first, mainly wood was used as raw material to produce heels. But as early as the 1950s it was replaced by plastics.

The change in raw material brought with it a a change of production methods, and so the first injection moulding machines were set up in our company. Plastic ready-made soles followed.

We are one of the very few suppliers of shoe components all over the world able to offer such a comprehensive programme!

We have our own model designers and mould makers to design and produce all models and moulds quickly and at low costs.

Heels
Heels, besides lasts, are indicators of the latest fashion trends. High-Heel or Queeni, Block- or Louisheel, there are almost no limits to designing form and angles of heels.

For heels, we mainly use highly impact-resistant polystyrene (PS) as well as TPU for the top pieces. Our heels come unfinished, to be coated or lacquered. Besides high-gloss lacquers we also offer imitations of upper-coat leathers or leather coatings.

Examples: several lacquered heels
Examples: raw heels to be coated

Soles
Soles are essential for shoes. Fashion affects their form and the profile. The material used will greatly influence the function of the sole.

In the last years, TPU has become our most widely used raw material for production and now accounts for about 80% of our production. However, we still use TR and PVC.

And of course our soles can also be delivered with finished joints or frames.
